One day a dog was lying in a manger full of hay, taking a rest. The hay was warm and dry, and the dog felt very cozy.
A calf came into the barn and tried to eat some of the hay, but the dog began to snarl and bark, and would not let the calf touch the hay.
“Moo! Moo!” cried the calf, “you are a selfish fellow. You know that you cannot eat hay, and yet, you will not let those eat it who can enjoy it.”
(a)    Now state if the following statement is True or False, put T or F against the statements.
(1)    The dog was hungry
(2)    The calf could not eat hay
(3)    The sound made by an ox is called ‘Moo’.
(4)    The dog wanted to prevent the calf from getting pleasure from eating the hay that was useless to him.

Letter-Write a letter to your friend describing your experience of visiting a fair

Sankrial, Howrah

Dear Modhan,
Hope you are fine. Today I might want to share my experience of going to a reasonable. In our region, a reasonable was hung on the event of Rath Yatra. My companions and I went there and ate a lot of desserts and Papars. Some of my companions purchased pickles, toys, bangles, and so on for their relative. There was an immense Rath at a corner which was all around it and very much adored. We went there to look for gifts of God. Before returning home, we rode the carousel.

Will end my letter here. Do keep in touch with me when you get the opportunity to.
Your loving friend,
Komal
