With due regard, I state to ask that I, Komal Pal, is an understudy of class viii of your school. My Health is not well thus I have made a meeting with my specialist.

Accordingly, I should be grateful to you on the off chance that you generously give me an early leave, at around 3 pm so I could go for check up.
