MAKING MANGO  PICKLE

Mango pickle is a sort of delightful sauce. At initially, mangoes are purchased from the market. At that point, the great and crisp mangoes are dealt with and the spoiled ones are expelled. They are currently scrubbed. The mangoes are then cut into pieces. These pieces are dried in the sun for a couple of days. Afterward, flavors, salt, mustard oil and stew powder are added to the bits of mangoes. The blend is kept in a major pot in the sun for a few days. At long last, the mango pickle is readied and it is put and saved in jugs for sometime later.
